Liubertiene's Secondary School - is the first private secondary school in the Independent republic of Lithuania. It was established in 1993. It aims to create a healthy environment for children to study in, relax and progress.

On the 29th of June 2000, the school has signed an agreement with the University of Vilnius which allows final year students to study an advanced programme of their chosen subject.

Dates:

1993 - T. Liubertiene's private primary school is established.

1995 - We officially become main school.

2000 - Liubertiene's school becomes the first private secondary school.

2000 - An agreement between the school and the University of Vilnius is signed.

Working hours

For student: from 7.30am until 5.30pm

Lessons start at 8.00am. After lessons students do their homework. Students are encouraged to do all of their work at school and rest at home!

Student's experience

In our school, child's physical and mental progress is observed by the doctors, speech therapists and psychologists. We test child's IQ and his/her abilities. This helps a child to study effectively and to choose the right profession. Whereas parents can create more effective demands from their child and teachers can choose more effective methods of teaching. We constantly test the teaching methods of all the subjects for those who are in their final years. This allows us to understand whether the students are happy with the way they are being taught. Moreover, communication with parents is very important to us, because the joint work of teachers, student's and their parents can produce excellent results. During those meeting with parents (2-3 times per year) parents are updated on their child's progress . And we always analyse what could be done in order to allow our students to progress even more and feel happy!
